The management of the organization lies with the following executive committee members. They are involved in planning, preparation, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes depending on their areas of specialization. Besides, several other experts from national and international organizations will be involved whenever required.
Prof. S. Venku Reddy [President & Executive Director] is an Agricultural Extension and Rural Development Specialist with over three decades of experience in teaching research, training and extension work connected with Agricultural and Rural Develoment. He has hands on experience in extension management, sustainable agriculture, instiutional development, evaluation studies and capacity building programmes. He worked in several capacities in India and Abroad as Professor, Advisor and Consultant to different National and international Institutions incuding the World Bank, FAO .
As an Agricultural Extensin Services Advsior, Ministry of Agriculture, Republic of Uganda, he guided in designing methodologies for implementation of pilot interventions such as Unified Extension Services, Village Level Participatory Approach, decentralization, cost – sharing and out sourcing of extensin and research services.
He also assisted the Ministry in coordinating the projects, consultants, NGOs, media resource centers and other organizations. As a Consultant to World Bank, he participated in appraisal and supervision of IDA funded projects on Agricultural Extension, Research and Irrigation in several districts of India and Africa with Bank Missions.
He worked as Technical Manager to Second Agricultural Extension and Training Project, Somalia and Coordinated with different National and International agencies like FAO, USAID and IFAD for integrating and implementing the extension plans of the sub-projects under National Extension System. Dr. Reddy also developed innovative Participatory Extension Methodologies and Communication Techniques for use of field extenion and training.
As Professor and Head of Extension Education Institute, ANGR Agriculture Universtiy, Hyderabad he was engaged in teaching and guiding post graduate students and organizing number of training programmes for middle and national level funcationaries engaged in development.
As a President and Exeuctive Director of Participatory Rural Development Initative Society (PRDIS) a professional NGO guided and monitored implmentation of development programmes in agriculture and rural development sectors. Besides, he was also associated with training programmes, workshops, monitoring, evaluation and studies conducted by PRDIS. Professor Reddy at present is holding the position of Chairman of Network NGO organisation – PARENT. Director of J.N. Agri Tech International Limited, Member of expert group on Agri Biodiversity of National Biodiversity Authority, Government of India, Founder Trustee of Sarvareddy Venku Reddy Foundation for Development and Honorary Advisor on Agricultural Extension Services to Government of Uganda.
Dr. (Ms.) C. Beena [Vice President] is a Psychologist with long standing experience in teaching and research. She is at present professor in Osmaniya University and serverd as Registar of the same university earlier. She has also been involved in training entrepreneurs and designed and conducted programmes in the area of Behavioural Modifications. She has conducted research on socially disadvantaged populations. She is associated with Banking Service Recruitment Board as a personnel expert and Indian Council of Social Science Research.
Mr. S. Nanda Kumar Reddy [Secretary] is a Political Scientist and adult educationist with over 25 years of experience in business management and rural development. He is engaged in managing large-scale information systems.
Dr. S. Jayarama Reddy [Treasurer] is a Communication Specialist with specialization in farm leadership and communication networks. He is also a law graduate, trained journalist and expert in public relations. He has more than two and half decades of experience of teaching, training, research and extension. He has top-level administrative experience at the State Government Secretariat.
Mr. Mathew Jayaparakash [Joint Secretary] is an Engineer with over 30 years experience in different organizations including Road Transport Corporation. He has experience of working abroad for about 25 years in Government and private organizations engaged in civil and mechanical works.
Mr. T. Krishna Sudham [Executive Member], Dairy Technologist, is presently working as Deputy General Manager, APIC (Eureka Forbes), Hyderabad. He is deeply interested in Agricultural and Social Development Programmes.
